What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the style and the changes you need. Tell us how many pairs you want per style and color. We will confirm the minimum, size mix and sample options in your quotation; custom materials or packaging may have separate minimums.
Can I order samples first?
You can request samples. We check availability for your chosen style, then confirm the sample version, cost and shipping before you pay. For a custom shoe, agree what the sample will demonstrate before work starts.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We review your style, quantity and destination, ask for any missing details, and discuss suitable samples and a written quotation. Before you order, check the agreed specifications, packing, payment terms and schedule with us.
How long will production and shipping take?
We confirm dispatch or production timing after checking the style and order details. Custom materials, quantity and sample revisions affect production; shipping time depends on the destination and service. Tell us when you need the shoes to arrive.
Are all your shoes wide fit?
No. Wide-toe styles are identified individually: BQ001, BQ002 and BQ031. Other styles should not be treated as wide fit. Check fit on a sample before choosing a size range for your market.
